We stand behind the quality of our floral arrangements. All flowers are inspected before delivery to ensure freshness and meet our high standards.
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, returns are not accepted. However, we guarantee flowers will remain fresh for at least 5 days with proper care.
If you receive flowers that do not meet our quality standards, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will provide a replacement or full refund.

Cancellations must be made 24 hours before delivery for a full refund. Late cancellations may incur fees.
